If you’re looking for a way to get some extra cash, PointClub is website that pays you to take online surveys. They have a long-standing reputation of being one of the best survey sites across the web.
All surveys are completely free, and you even get a $5 bonus for registering as a new user. By leveling up, you can easily earn at a rate of $10 – $15 per hour.

What Is PointClub?
As mentioned above, PointClub is a website that pays you to take free surveys. Each time you take a survey, you’re rewarded a certain amount of points.
These points can be exchanged for prizes such as direct deposits to PayPal or for gift cards to popular retailers such as Amazon. You will never be asked to enter in any credit card information.
The way PointClub rewards you for surveys is much different than your average survey site. The more a survey is catered to a specific group, to more you’re likely to earn.
For example, if there’s a survey that’s looking for people from a small town in Oregon that no one has heard of, the rewards are going to be quite high.
This way you’re able to estimate how much effort is needed before you actually start. If you’re a fast worker, you can usually get it done much faster than the time they estimate. Most of the time you will find that the questions are quick and easy to answer.
The reason PointClub is able to pay its users is because it sells the data collected from surveys as market research. Companies use this information to improve their services and products. Most of the time you will find that the surveys are quick and painless.
It’s extremely important that you are completely honest in your survey responses. If at any time PointClub finds that your answers are inconsistent from one survey to the next, you may risk suspension.
How Much Can I Earn With PointClub?
PointClub rewards you for taking surveys in the form of points. Each point is equal to $0.001 USD, which makes 1,000 points equal to $1 USD. On average, you can expect each survey to reward you anywhere between 200 and 2,000 points. You need a minimum of 25,000 points to cash out.
When you first register as a new user, PointClub promises their members that they can start off with $5 in their account.
You earn 5,000 points just for registering as a new user, and your first five-minute survey gets you a 1,000 point bonus. Right there you already have $6 within your first ten minutes.
When you first sign-up, you should have plenty of offers available to complete. You can view in the image below what kind of surveys I was given my time logging-in.
If we look at our options, we see that the survey with the best value are the ones that give you 2,000 points for 20 minutes of your time. At this rate, you’re essentially earning $6 per hour. By no means will this replace a full-time job, but it can be a great way to earn some extra side income.
For this reason, we suggest to focus on surveys that give you a minimum of 500 points for 5 minutes. Most of the time you should be able to knock out the surveys before the estimated time. If this is the case, we can conclude that you could be making as much as $7 per hour. Although this amount may seem small, we can dramatically increase it by leveling up.
Earn More Leveling Up
If you continually take surveys, PointClub will give you a bonus for your active participation. You should notice right away that if you log-in the following day after registration, you’ll automatically be bumped up to Level 1. This will give you a 10% bonus on all survey earnings.
If you log-in for 5 days straight, you will obtain Level 2. This will give you a 20% bonus on all survey earnings. Log-in for another 5 days continuously and you’ll be bumped up to Level 3 for a 30% bonus and so-on.
Every 5 days of signing-in continuously levels you up once until you reach a maximum level of 10 with a 100% bonus of all earnings. If we get to this level, we can turn that $6 – $7 per hour into earning roughly $14 – $15 per hour. That’s pretty good for simply taking online surveys.
Earn Extra By Entering SuperCodes
You can earn extra just by entering in SuperCodes. These codes can be found on the PointClub Facebook and Twitter pages. You don’t even have to take a survey to redeem them.
How Do I Get Started With PointClub?
Registering for PointClub is incredibly simple. However, in order to ensure that you don’t miss any steps, we’re going to walk you through the process step by step.
1. Register.
You can register for a free PointClub account by clicking this link here. All you will need to enter is your name, email address, date of birth and zip code. You will receive a total of 5,000 points for completing these steps. Confirm your email for an extra bonus.
2. Complete your first survey.
After you register, complete your first five-minute survey for a bonus of 1,000 points. This survey is used to gather information about you so that they know which types of surveys to send you in the future. Once this is done, go ahead and complete more surveys to earn more. Don’t forget to click on the “see all survey opportunities” link to see more offers.
3. Level up.
The more days you consecutively log-in to PointClub, the higher your earning bonus is going to be. It usually takes 5 days to go to the next level, and each time you level up you increase your earning bonus by 10%. There’s a maximum level of 10 for a 100% bonus.
4. Enter in SuperCodes.
Earn even more points by entering in SuperCodes. You can find these by following their Facebook and Twitter accounts.
5. Cash out.
Once you reach a minimum balance of 25,000 points, you can cash out for your first $25 reward. At this value you can redeem for PayPal or get gift cards to Amazon or Tango.
Other Great Rewards Programs
You may get to a point where you’ve completed all of the surveys on PointClub and would like to earn more. While this is unlikely to happen due to their abundant offers, we’re going to introduce a few other rewards programs for earning cash.
1. Survey Junkie
Survey Junkie is one of the best and more popular survey sites out there due to their great payout rate. As long as you stick to the higher-paying surveys and avoid the low-paying ones, you can earn at a rate of $10 – $15 per hour or more.
When you sign-up you automatically get a 250-point bonus for becoming a new member. Once you reach a certain amount of points, you can cash it in the form of gift cards to Amazon or Target, or you can cash out directly to your PayPal.
2. Swagbucks
Want to increase your earnings by not only taking more surveys but by watching videos and shopping online? Swagbucks is one of the most – if not the most – popular rewards site currently out there. They’ve been around for years and have an excellent payout program.
You can earn cash by watching videos, shopping online, taking polls, taking surveys, playing games, signing-up for free trial offers, credit card offers and more. 3. TopCashback
If you’re looking to earn cash specifically for online shopping, TopCashback is the way to go.
TopCashback is an online shopping portal that partners with thousands of retailers across the web and places their affiliate links onto one page. When you click on one of these links, you’ll be redirected to the retailer’s website to make a purchase. Since you clicked on this link, TopCashback earns a commission and gives it all back to you in the form of cash back.
TopCashback gives you a $10 sign-up bonus, and you can cash out once you reach a minimum balance of $10 in cash back. Not only that, but for each friend you refer that completes their first offer, you get an additional bonus of $10.
Payments can be made to PayPal or for gift cards to Amazon or American Express. When you choose to exchange for gift cards, you automatically get a 3% bonus. On average, you should be able to save an average of 7% with TopCashback. Another popular shopping portal that has rates that are just as good is BeFrugal. Final Thoughts
Compared to other survey sites out there, we are pleased to announce that PointClub is one of the better ones. This is mostly due to the fact that their payout rate is definitely worth your time. Just remember to keep signing back in consecutively to level up and increase your earnings.
Expect to earn around $10 per hour minimum assuming that you’re at least at level 3. Even if you check back often for more offers, you shouldn’t have any problem running out of surveys. At this time, PointClub does not currently have a referral system in place.
