For most items all you have to do is purchase them one time. Just make sure that it’s on your receipt, and once that’s done go ahead and take a picture. You only need one item, but you can have multiple offers per receipt as well.

…I’m also not black, and I can’t be bothered to explain why “colorblind” racism is just as racist as “I hate x people” racism. I strongly suggest reading some of the works of TaNehisi Coates and others. Just google “colorblind racism” and go thence.
I concede that you could have misunderstood my comment to mean the box I bought wasn’t Kleenex brand, but you could have asked for clarification instead of immediately assuming that’s what happened and that I felt entitled to points that weren’t of Kleenex. They said Kleenex wet wipes and I bought Kleenex wet wipes and didn’t get the requisite points until I hounded them for it. It got coded as just another Kleenex product instead of the wet wipes that they WELL AND TRULY WERE.
Please consider these things in the future when you feel like ripping someone a new one over something they didn’t actually do but you just THINK they did, when at worst what they did was not be as clear as they could have been in their wording.

Yeah. For some reason reason they changed how many bonus points a receipt can earn without a qualified brand or even with one. I haven’t cashed out before and so it’s not because of that. Now it’s a flat 25 points per receipt. No idea why. Maybe it was just easier to do a single bonus amount instead of random large or small bonus points per receipt.

You will need a new tablet or phone, if you can’t update your device. Also, you probably can login on another person’s phone or tablet, if they have Fetch. They can logout and you can login. You should contact Fetch first though, to make sure that’s ok and let them know about your problem.

Yes, it DOES require a certain brand. Read the FAQ! If it shows the Kleenex brand, it is ONLY for Kleenex. Read the directions in the help section if you still do not understand that they mean a particular brand and not just ANY brand of tissue. They currently only have Kleenex brand tissue for points. Please don’t complain when you didn’t even bother to look at the image provided in the offers section. The image is the item that gives you points. It’s YOUR fault for buying the wrong item and therefore not getting points. I’ve used Fetch for almost 2 years now. I READ so I know what brands give points. It’s clearly spelled out in the “brands” section as to what brands give points.

Oh, and stop with the rude and racist “white whine” bratty behavior. Saying things like that only makes you look stupid and mean and it doesn’t make you look cute and cool. I’m white and I don’t whine like YOU just did, just because I didn’t understand something. I know to take responsibility for anything I didn’t do, in order to make me understand how something works. YOU failed to carefully read how to use Fetch and YOU didn’t pay attention to detail. I did, and I never have a problem with not understanding what does and does not earn points. It’s called being smart enough to read the FAQ(frequently asked questions) and the HELP section to figure out how the app works and understand what brands will earn points. Again, it is very clearly spelled out what featured products of qualified brands each week will earn big points and and it is very clearly spelled out what brands earn points even if they aren’t featured as a special offer.

For example, Puffs is NOT a qualified brand that earns points, even though it is a type of tissue. So, when it shows a box of the Kleenex brand of tissue in the special offers section, you can’t buy Puffs and expect to get points for the Puffs just because they are tissues that look like Kleenex. You also can’t earn points for Puffs even if it isn’t in the special offer section because it isn’t in the list of brands that give points.

You KNEW FULL WELL the special offer read, “Kleenex wet wipes of 20 count or more.” If it was for the brand you bought, it wouldn’t have said that, and it would have been for the brand you bought. It’s crystal clear that Kleenex is what brand they meant, and it will say the word “Kleenex” in the list of brands that offer points. Kleenex isn’t a word that is universal for all brands, just because everyone uses that word instead of the correct term, which is “tissue.” If you don’t see the brand you bought in the section about what brands earn points, then it won’t earn points.

So, hopefully you get it now. Please don’t blame the app for your inability to read carefully what brands qualify for points.

Oh, and do check the racist drivel at the door next time you write a public post. It makes you look trashy and hateful. For the record, I LIKE most black people. It’s the ones like you who cause the problems. The most fun I ever had was working with an all black theater group when working as their drummer years ago. They were just plain fun to be around. So please stop with “white whine” mean girl behavior. Try to get to know people before saying mean things about them. There are whites I can’t stand and blacks I can’t stand, and it isn’t their color. It’s their behavior and attitude I can’t stand. People are just people.
