It’s a scam. You click on a survey that says it rewards 100 points. After completing the survey (with NO crashes, pauses, or technical difficulties) it says “We’re sorry, you didn’t complete it…here’s 2 points”. The help FAQ indicates you have to contact them with the survey number, yet the survey number doesn’t show in your history. So, you have to argue to get your points, and you have to track the survey numbers yourself. They want your time but don’t want to compensate you. Typical.

After MySurvey was acquired or merged with LifePoints in what was supposed to be a “seamless transition” I no longer received survey invitations. Two months after contacting LifePoints customer service I received an email that my question was being “expedited”. About two hours later there was a second email that accused me of fraudulent activity and voiding out well over 10,000 earned points that were to be converted and stating that I would be banned from any further participation for life. In the meantime I have been denied somewhere close to $100 in reward value. Certainly leaves the ethics of this company open to question.

Get spammed with emails and get your points/ account deleted once you have finished enough surveys. The overwhelming consensus in these comments is that LifePoints is a SHAM and so is this misleading review.

I have a I phone and the surveys constantly freeze up. They are also running ads on Craigslist earn $200 today just for signing up , that was on a Thursday . On Friday the ad was ran again but under another title.

Lifepoints is a waste of time and a fraud. I had been a MySurvey member for over ten years. When LifePoints took over, they suspended my account explaining that I had displayed fraudulent behavior. That is a total lie. The real truth is that you wrack up reward points …then they delete you for no reason in order not to pay you. Don’t waste your time.

I was with my survey and global for many years with no big issues ,and after they joined up and changed to lifepoints they don’t recognize my email/password I have contacted federal trade commission and BBB …it’s not the money it’s the priniciple
