Recently I had a Android system update which wiped all my accessibility settings and stopped this and other apps from working. When I finally noticed I tried to restart the app and claim for outstanding points. The website then locked me out of my account. As you review states if you stop using the app for whatever reason then MobileExpression assume there is a security problem, perhaps they think my phone has been stolen? I contacted customer support and got a similar unhelpful reply saying they had deliberately locked my account and would not reinstate it. Clearly they only want new customers that only get a reward a few times

The reason I’m on this page is because I am concerned/trying to find answers to that privacy issue. It’s only been 8 hours so I don’t have any other issues at this point. Seems to be working fine so far. There is no battery problem with my Samsung Galaxy s8.
