Unfortunately, YouGov doesn’t have the greatest customer support when it comes to survey sites. I would try a few others for some better luck.

I already redeem my point into 75myr via paypal. Its been 2 weeks, still got nothing in my paypal. Before redemption, i used to email them asking for more survey they did reply me. Only takes 1 day. But rn they ignore me when i ask my progress on my redemption. This is so frustrating cause i did collect 5000 point in 1 year. Its such a waste of time. Zzzz. Please dont trust this platform.
