No verification code is ever sent so I am prevented from logging into the account. Attempting to contact them with the issue results in an automated email saying you should “log into your account to disable two-step verification,” which of course, is impossible as it IS the thing that is preventing me from logging in in the first place!

I have money earned there which I am now unable to redeem. However they haven’t stopped sending me new surveys that do not require any extra security to do. They want me to keep working for them while they have literally cut me off from receiving payment. There is no other method for contacting them as their email “contact us” link is 1) one-way communication only, and 2) fully automated. Replying to any email link from them, including the links to new surveys, receives an immediate automated response of the same exact email telling you to do an impossible thing.

Submitting an issue on their websites “help form” claims to submit a “ticket,” but never gives you the ticket number. Their “tech support” is fake. Nobody reads any emails sent to them.

They are indeed scamming certain people as I am not the only person with this issue, though most have not had this “two-step verification” placed on their account without authorization or notification.
