This information is then used to help improve the products and services of companies that you use on a daily basis. As a participant, you’re helping businesses make online shopping a much better experience for us all.
The reason Shoptracker is able to pay you for keeping track of your Amazon purchase history is because they use they sell the data they collect as market research.
Instead of keeping all of the cash for themselves, they give a portion of it back to you for being an active participant. You must be at least 18 years of age with a smartphone to join.
The Shoptracker app is actually part of the Harris Poll Online survey panel, a survey site with a strong and long-standing reputation that measures public opinion in the United States.

1. Register.
You can register for the Shoptracker app for free by clicking this link here. By installing their app and signing-up for a new account, you’ll automatically earn $3 for registration within 48 hours. All you need to do is enter in your name, date of birth and gender.
2. Enter in your email.
Once you hit the Submit button, you’ll be directed to the next page which consists of some simple survey questions. Enter in your email address to start the survey.
3. Install the app.
If you’re using a desktop computer, the only operating system that Shoptracker will work with is Windows 7 or later. If you have Windows XP, do not install the app. To keep things simple, I suggest downloading the app directly from your smartphone.
Keep in mind that when you go to the App Store or Google Play Store, the app will be listed as the Harris Panel.
4. Log-in to Amazon and Earn cash.
From there you’ll need to follow the instructions on the app and sync your Amazon account. This can be done by logging-in to the app and then logging-in to your Amazon account.

1. Nielsen Consumer Panel
Nielsen Consumer Panel is a free mobile app that can help you earn $50+/year in passive income. By leaving the app installed on your phone, they track how you use the internet. This includes information such as what browser you use and your internet speeds.
Registration only takes a few minutes, and you’re even given a $5 bonus just for joining. Leave the app installed for a minimum of 30 days before you can cash out.
The great thing about the Nielsen Consumer Panel is that as long as you don’t reach the device limit within your area, you can install the app on multiple devices. Simply log-in to your account and register a new device. If you have 5 devices registered, this will increase your earnings to $250/year.

2. Vindale Research
Vindale Research is one of my favorite survey sites, and one of the highest paying as well. You get a $2 bonus just for registering as a new user.
You can earn up to a maximum of $50 per survey, but on average expect anywhere to make around $10 – $13 per hour. They have a great reputation for paying out well and paying out on-time.
The best thing about Vindale Research is their referral program. For each friend that you refer that cashes out for the first time, you earn a bonus of $5. A great way to spread the word is via Facebook or Twitter.

3. Pinecone Research
Pinecone is one of the best survey sites out there. You get a solid $3 per survey and they usually only take up to ten or fifteen minutes to complete. This means you can easily earn at a rate from $12 – $15 per hour.
The downside? There’s a limited amount of surveys available, but when they are available it shouldn’t take you much time to complete. If survey apps are your thing, it’s definitely worth a try.

Is Shoptracker A Scam?
I’ve been using Shoptracker for the past 3 months. Each month, I’ve been sent a notification of when I can earn an extra $3 in Visa gift card money. Every time I’ve been given the full amount and have been paid on time.
This is to no surprise since the parent company of Shoptracker is Nielsen, a market research company that has been in business since 1923. They are a part of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. In conclusion, I personally find that the Shoptracker app is not a scam.
What Kind of Information Does Shoptracker Collect?
Aside from the information that you filled out during your welcome survey, Shoptracker also collects data regarding your recent Amazon purchases.
