Yes – compared to a lot of other receipt scanning apps out there, Ibotta definitely takes the cake. This is especially true due to their incredibly high sign-up bonus once you claim your first offer. $20 – $40 per month isn’t bad!

Hi Jeannine,

Not sure exactly what you mean – could you clarify? From my understanding, you can simply claim the offers you want to redeem and then from there take a picture of your receipt. From there you should be able to cash in.

I love Ibotta. I have been using it for a couple of months. It is more cash back than other apps I tried like Receipt Pal. I get $20-$40/month which was more than other apps again (except Shopkick). I love it. It is fun too. I only shop for one, so imagine you could make more if you had a family of 4. It is one of my favorite cash back apps.

I would love to say it is a great company. I have or had 300.00 dollars in my account. I requested 190.00 in Best Buy gift cards so I can purchase an iwatch 4. As of today’s date I have not received my gift cards and the money has been taken from my account. I need to take out some more for Best Buy gifts cards by this Thursday because I need the balance for my watch but afraid I will not get any at all. Would like to continue but so far it looks like the rumors are true and you do not receive the gift cards in time. I still have a remaining balance of $110.00 in there that I would like to redeem as well but will not get in time. Sad I even had a friend sign up with the code given and no $10.00 added to my account either. Oh well live and learn
