I have over $12 but the app will no longer let me log in and says my email isn’t registered with them. I’ve cashed out once before and I can’t find an a email address for them

I’ve been using the Instant Rewards App for a while and finally have enough points to cash out. I believe I met all the cash out requirements so I tried to cash out a week ago and they have not paid me even though all the offers I did were approved. It’s been well over the 72 hour timeframe to receive my pay out. I emailed their support several days ago but no response yet. Any suggestions???
