Just to let you know this app is horrible! I know one of the staff or founder of this app Post a Gig in Craigslist saying that you will get a $40 Gift Card just to download the app and I did. Too much problem in the App and even Dosh staff had been following up with me together with that person that listed the Promo in Craigslist. I know all the conversation was seen by the Dosh staff. After everything was good they saw that I made the purchase I ask Dosh and the Dosh Scammer Staff for the Gift Card OF COURSE THEY DENY IT AND SAYING THEY NEVER HAVE A PROMO OF THAT!!!!! 24 HRS AGO I SAW THE ADD AGAIN IN CRAIGSLIST And I should have screen shot it! DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS! LET US NOT HELP PEOPLE LIKE THIS SCAMMER!

In reply to Amanda. Hi Amanda, This happened to me as well, but they will eventually get back to you. Their support team is a bit slow. One time it took me about a month to finally get my issue fixed. They're a fairly new app, so you might have to have some patience.

I downloaded Dosh at the beginning of February and used it for an online purchase at Sephora.com. I wasn’t aware you had to use your credit card, so I contacted them with the copy of the receipt to verify my purchase in order to get my cash back. Roughly 20 e-mails later and I still have not received my cash back. I’ve gotten countless e-mails assuring me that someone is looking into it and the issue is being corrected. That clearly hasn’t happened. I made another purchase on Friday at Sephora.com and have yet to receive notification of my purchase and any cash back processing like ebates does. This company should’ve waited to launch and personally, I feel like their beta phase is way too long. Customer service is key while in beta! I’ll be deleting my app.

You say this is not a scam and they keep your information privately before up in the paragraph you say that they can see when you purchase something off-line and then sell your info back to companies who want to make their products better that is not properly keeping your information So if I buy something from Jack-in-the-Box I’m pretty sure I will start receiving emails from Jack-in-the-Box because dosh gave my information over to them for a little fee of course

I live in Spain and none of the above are available in your country. That part where you said you were in Madrid etc…I don’t understand how , you must have had it installed from before but what’s the point of an app working in Madrid , Spain if the Spanish can’t use it?
