Yes. If you download the same app from two different rewards apps, you should get credited twice.

Yes, deleting the app from one app, then installing it again on another app should give you credit for both. And yes, you should be able to use it on the same phone, but if you’re asking me whether it transfers between iOS and Android accounts, I’m not sure.
