Hi Deanna,

Thanks for sharing your experience. For some people it may definitely not be worth it since it does take a lot of work, especially since competition around selling makeup tends to be quite rough these days.

I’ve been running my own test and Facebook Market Place and joining selected “groups” on Facebook where you can also sell your cosmetics has been the best. You can use a multitude of payment processors. (Paypal, Cashapp, Amazon, etc.) Facebook does not collect any fee’s when you’re advertising in the “Market Place” and in selected groups. However, if you set up a Facebook store, then there are some minimal fee’s involved. My 2nd pick is “Vinted.” You can list your products for free and you are not charged any fee’s. The buyer pays shipping and a flat fee to Vinted. I do have to say that Glambot is not the way to go. You actually loose money because they do not pay you nearly what you would get if you posted on Facebook, Vinted, etc. It’s actually pretty ridiculous. And when they post your items after they’ve paid you, you can bet the price is going to be sky high!! Not worth it. Just my opinion.

Like wholesale priced items etc ? Thank you I really appreciate the article.

Its just like OfferUp but for the hair & beauty community only. If free and you can get paid directly via stripe or paypal.

I have been shopping online but never thought t could be possible and get them listed like this. My favorite is Nykaa and i have been shopping there for a long time and i think this sort of selling possibility is not possible in Nykaa.

I do a paid for surveys site and I make around $300 a month. It won’t make you rich but it covers my electric and water bill. It’s really not hard. Check it out:-
