What Is Fronto?
Fronto is a mobile app that pays you money by swiping your screen upon unlocking it. Unfortunately, it’s only available for the Android, and currently they have no intention of creating a layout for the iPhone.
When installed, each time you unlock your screen you will be presented with the option of either swiping left or right. If you swipe left, you will be taken to a mobile website with an advertisement or Google Play to download an app. By swiping right, you’ll be taken to the home screen, just like what you would normally do without the app.
By interacting with Fronto’s content and advertisements, you are going to get points which you can redeem for cash. Each time you participate in one of their promotions you will get paid.
By swiping right and going to the home screen, you will still get paid! However, the point value isn’t nearly as much.
When you swipe left, there are three ways in which you can build up points:
1. Reading news articles.
2. Participating in sponsored promotions or downloading apps.
3. Get involved in interesting perks, surveys or shopping promotions.
The perfect time to use Fronto might be when you are waiting in line or have nothing to do on break at work. Take note that the app is not yet available on all Android devices. Go ahead and download it from the Google Play store on your phone and see if it is compatible with your current phone.
How Much Money Can I Make Using Fronto?
It is Fronto’s goal to make you at least $20.00 a month. That’s not bad for merely doing nothing. The point value you earn will determine solely on which action you decide to take.
By swiping left and interacting with the content, your point will usually range anywhere from 20 to 100 points depending on the type of content. By downloading their apps that are advertised, you will usually be earning the highest amount of points possible, sometimes even in the 300 range.
When you swipe right and don’t interact with the content, you will get 20 points per unlock. This will take you directly to the home screen and you won’t have to do any amount of work that you wouldn’t normally do for bypassing the lock screen.
The payout is setup at $10 for every 25,000 points earned and redemption can be done in two ways: Amazon and PayPal. Both of the payout values are exactly the same so it doesn’t really matter which one you choose to redeem for.
Points will take a while to accumulate, especially if you aren’t interacting the the advertisements. But if you’re just watching TV or have some time to spare, go ahead and swipe through as much content as you can to get some points.
To view different types of content available, you can simply swipe down on the screen and you’ll be taken to a new advertisement.

You are allowed only one account per device. If you do decide to sign-up for multiple accounts, make sure you are using a different email as well as a different name, otherwise you will be breaching their terms of service and get suspended.

Fronto is a great way to earn some “passive” income for doing nothing. By unlocking the screen, you are getting points for something you would normally do.
While the payout isn’t that high if you don’t interact with the content (only 20 points per swipe to the right), it’s still a great way to earn some extra income. If you do this, you should expect to still earn $20.00 a month.
