AppLike has a lot going for it for people who love mobile games. Here are some of the pros and cons of the app:

Pros

• Registration is 100% free, and there’s no need to make any in-app purchases.
• AppLike is extremely easy to use with its simple interface. Just download apps and play.
• Find new games without having to search through the app store.
• You earn more coins the more you play games. AppLike sometimes rewards you with more mCoins after short periods of time, like 20 seconds, so your earnings add up quickly, especially if you play mobile games often.
• You’ll have a chance to earn more mCoins as you move up levels. Increase your levels by interacting with the app daily and downloading and playing games.
• Your “Wallet” shows how much you’ve made daily for every app you’ve downloaded. For example, if you downloaded a game and played it today, you’ll see a running total of how many mCoins you’ve received for that game’s download and play time.

Cons

• You won’t know how much you’ll earn for downloading a game until you’ve done it. AppLike only gives you an estimate, like “Plenty of mCoins”, before you download it.
• There are only a few suggested apps to download every day, so you can’t rack up tons of mCoins just by downloading apps. You’ll need to be an active player of the games you download to earn a good amount of rewards.
• AppLike has gotten strict with banning accounts that try to use the app on multiple devices to earn more mCoins. You’ll only be able to use it on one device.
• You’ll always earn mCoins for as long as you choose to play an app. But, the number of mCoins you earn increases the longer you play. This is good until you get capped at the highest number of coins you’ll continue earning through that app, which usually happens after eight hours of play time. Although you’ll still earn, your mCoin amount won’t continue to increase after it gets capped. And, who has eight hours to devote to a game?

How Much Can I Earn with AppLike?

If you’re going to download AppLike to earn rewards with your mobile device, it’s natural that you’d want to understand how much you can make and how the reward system works. So, I’ve broken that all down for you here.

What Are mCoins?

mCoins are the AppLike reward system. Instead of paying in actual cash, AppLike uses “mCoins”, which are similar to points used in other apps. You’ll be able to turn in your mCoins for rewards, including PayPal cash and gift cards.

How Can I Earn mCoins?

There are two main ways to earn mCoins from AppLike: downloading recommended games and playing the games you’ve downloaded through the app. You’ll earn more mCoins from downloading games than playing them, at least at first. But, as you play a game, you’ll continue to earn rewards, so it’s possible to earn more over time than you did for downloading it.

You can also earn mCoins for referring your friends to download and use the app. I’ll explain more about the referral program in a moment.

Is There A Sign-Up Bonus?

Yes, and I really love this app’s bonus. You’ll get 4,444 mCoins just for downloading AppLike and setting up your account. If this sounds like a big reward for signing up, that’s because it is.

Within my first few minutes using this app, I quickly went from my sign-up bonus of 4,444 to 5,611 mCoins. That’s just from downloading three games and playing one for about ten minutes.

mCoins on AppLike rack up fairly quickly. So, although they’re worth less than a penny a piece, it won’t seem to take forever to earn enough for a gift card or PayPal cash. So, the bonus AppLike gives is a good one in relation to similar apps that pay you much less (or nothing) to sign up.

What Is the Referral Program Like?

When you refer your friends to the app, you’ll get 250 mCoins just for their sign up. That’s not a huge amount, but fortunately, AppLike will give you another 25% of all the mCoins your referrals earn. That can mount up quickly. The trick is to stay on top of your referrals and keep them actively using the app to benefit your earnings, too.

The great thing about this referral program that’s much different than others is that your friend earns 25% of everything you earn. It’s a mutually-beneficial relationship if you both stay very active on AppLike with downloading and playing games. It probably won’t be too difficult for you to convince your friends to keep playing when they know that they’ll profit off what you do to increase their earnings.

What Hourly Rate Can I Earn at With AppLike?

I’ll start off this section by giving you a friendly reminder that this app isn’t meant to be something that will act as a lucrative side gig. Instead, it’s more like a fun way to make some extra cash using your mobile phone.

With that being said, you shouldn’t expect a decent hourly pay rate from AppLike.

Each mCoin is worth around $0.0001 each, which is much less than a penny. So, let’s figure out my hourly rate going by the number of mCoins I earned after signing up for the app.

After downloading three games and playing one for ten minutes, I spent about 15 minutes on the app. I made 1,167 mCoins in those 15 minutes (5,611 total minus my 4,444 sign-up bonus = 1,167).

1,167 x 0.0001 = 0.1167. In those 15 minutes, I made about $0.11. Multiply that by 4 to equal an hour, and it gives me a grand total of $0.44 per hour.

That sounds terrible, but remember that I gathered those coins without even trying. All I did was download some games and play one for a few minutes. Remember that the more you play games, the more your earnings increase for playing. Plus, if you have some referrals under your belt, your mCoins will get a good boost.

I’m just outlining this calculation here to see what your earnings might look like when you first start using AppLike. From there, you can expect it to increase. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone with several referrals and a lot of downloaded games made the equivalent of $3 to $5 per hour.

AppLike outlines exactly how many points you need to redeem them for PayPal amounts or gift cards, so it’s very transparent and you’ll know how much you need to save for the item you want.

Gift cards start as low as $2.50 for 24,253 points. As I used the app more often, I found that this was incredibly easy to reach. I had that many points within my first four days of using it.

Should I Save For Rewards That Cost More?

You can, but it isn’t necessary. Rewards of higher value make your points worth a little more, albeit a very slight amount.

For example, a $2.50 gift card requires 24,253 points, making each mCoin worth $0.000103. A $10 gift card requires 93,188 mCoins, making each one worth slightly more: $0.000107. It’s such a small difference that you won’t really feel like you’re wasting your points by cashing in for small amounts.

How Can I Maximize My Earnings?

First and foremost, to make the most that you can with this app, you’re going to want referrals. Start rounding up your friends and make sure you tell them that they’ll get awesome bonuses by signing up under you, too!

Also, I suggest switching around the apps that you play once the play times start to become unreasonably long to earn a substantial amount of coins. When you first start to play a game, you’ll only need to play for a short time to earn mCoins.

The amount of time continues to rise, though, the more you play. You’ll also earn more rewards, but the time to earn your coins can get out of hand (like 6 to 8 hours of play time to earn them!). You’re almost better off to switch to another app and earn rewards more quickly in a shorter amount of time.

Finally, try to stick with the apps that say, “Plenty of mCoins” or “Extreme Amount of mCoins”. They’re the ones that will reward you the most to download and play them.
